By accessing or using the BraidsTribe application and website ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Use of Services

BraidsTribe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our platform

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use. BraidsTribe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on BraidsTribe — including text, images, videos, tutorials, logos, and app design — is owned by BraidsTribe or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. User-Generated Content

By posting reviews, comments, photos, or other content ("User Content") on BraidsTribe, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our Services. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Purchases & Payments

Certain products and services may be available for purchase through the BraidsTribe app. All purchases are subject to the following:

• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Refund and return policies are outlined at the point of sale
• In-app purchases (subscriptions) are managed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective policies

7. Stylist Profiles & Bookings

BraidsTribe connects users with independent hair stylists and braiders. We are a platform, not a party to any booking arrangement. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by stylists. Any disputes between users and stylists should be resolved directly between the parties.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post spam, misleading, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, mine, or collect data from the app without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

BraidsTribe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BraidsTribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
